ALBI Silver-Plated Vegetable/Potato Serving Spoon

Originally invented in Germany, the silver-plated spoon in the Albi pattern was designed to serve diced vegetables, small desserts and potatoes.... The flat-bottomed utensil was created for this purpose in 1950 by Paris’ famous Lasserre restaurant. The Albi line, created in 1968, takes its inspiration from a French town located between Toulouse and Bordeaux and its famous cathedral known for its remarkable architecture, clean straight lines and single nave.
