How much is shipping?
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timeframes vary by location.
For in-stock items, orders typically arrive within 3–14 business days from the date of purchase, unless noted otherwise.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, lead times may extend — if so, we’ll notify you promptly.

How do I place an order online?
Simply add your items to cart and proceed through checkout at bakhachelifestyle.com.au.

Which items can I purchase online?
Any item displaying an “Add to cart” button is available to purchase online, subject to stock.
If a product does not show this button (or appears without a visible price), please contact us at info@bakhachelifestyle.com.au and we’ll guide you.
What if a product is unavailable?

We offer secure online checkout with AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay and more (as available).
For purchases via phone or email, we can also provide a secure payment link.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive tracking updates by email (including carrier notifications).

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is in processing, changes may not be possible.
Personalised pieces (including embossing or engraving) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
